Where do you ship from?
All US orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse. International orders ship from US or our EU partner warehouse depending on destination.
Is your leather real?
It depends on the product. Items labeled “Genuine Leather” are top-grain real leather. Items labeled “PU Leather” are high-quality vegan leather. Each product page clearly states the material.
How do I clean my belt?
For leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition with leather balm every 6 months. For PU: damp cloth + mild soap. Never machine wash.
Do you offer wholesale?

My belt arrived damaged โ what do I do?
Email support@xzqtive.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes โ email us ASAP. Once it ships, we can’t reroute.
