Return Window

Return any unworn item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email returns@xzqtive.com with your order number and reason
2. We’ll send a prepaid US return label within 24 hours
3. Drop the package at any USPS location
4. Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the credit.

Non-Returnable

• Items damaged from wear
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items (marked at checkout)

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We refund the product price upon receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
