When your order ships, we send a tracking link to your email. Check your inbox (and promotions/spam folder) for an email from shipping@xzqtive.com.

Option 2: Account Page

Logged-in customers can see all order status and tracking in My Account → Orders.

Lost the tracking email? Send your order number to support@xzqtive.com and we’ll resend within hours.

Typical delivery: US Standard 3–5 business days from ship date, International 7–14 days. Allow 1–2 days for processing before shipping.
